Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Please note that cancellation and refund policies apply exclusively to online orders and do not cover personalized items. If the furniture you have ordered is customized, this will be communicated to you at the time of purchase by our sales consultants.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, return an item following delivery, or experience any issues, the following information outlines how we may assist you.
Changed your mind after placing an order?
Regardless of the reason, you may cancel your online order (excluding personalized or made-to-order items) within 3 days at no additional cost. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, either by post or email. Our contact information is provided at the bottom of this page.
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, will also be required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Should you notice any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
To ensure prompt service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
